While the video content distills the most essential and important pieces of this work into a digestible package, the real learning will actually come from engaging with the workbook and performing the actions associated with your chosen pathway. This largely will mean getting outside and connecting with nature, working on your psychological approach, interacting with your community, and putting the principles of water cycle restoration into action.
